This project will develop a rigorous university-level Diploma Program called Leadership: Service through Virtues (LSTV). The program is based on a curriculum primarily (but not exclusively) for future leaders in the Roman Catholic Church.

Building on the successes of a previous project, the initiative aims to develop a virtue-based leadership program for students of Roman universities and beyond. The one-year, online hybrid diploma program will rest on three pillars:

  1. An anthropological and theological foundation based on the teachings of Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI and Pope Francis.
  2. Practical methods that will allow students to put lessons into practice.
  3. The development of character virtues necessary for every current and future leader. This will include close and personal mentorship, enabling students to integrate those virtues in their personal lives.

Through LSTV, people who occupy or will occupy positions of responsibility and will learn leadership from the perspective of character virtues with an orientation to service.
