Tracey Farquharson, EdD, is Senior Program Officer at Templeton World Charity Foundation, managing grants from development through evaluation in the Individual Freedom and Free Markets and Character Virtue Development funding areas. She leads regional grantmaking in The Bahamas, Caribbean, and Latin America, and oversees the Laws of Life Essay Competition that invites young people to reflect on the values that guide their lives. Holding a doctorate in curriculum and instruction, Tracey brings over 20 years of experience in education, school leadership, and international accreditation.
