Melinda Cartwright is Manager of Grant Compliance at Templeton World Charity Foundation, leading the Grant Compliance Team in ensuring that all grant activities align with donor intent and legal requirements. She oversees charter compliance reviews, grant agreements and financial compliance, while identifying and managing operational risks. Melinda works closely with program teams and legal counsel to provide guidance and promote a culture of accountability. She holds an MBA, and advises senior leadership in support of efficient and compliant grant operations across the Foundation.
