Kristin Eldon Whylly is Director of Operations at Templeton World Charity Foundation, leading grant development and management practices while overseeing the systems that support the Foundation’s mission. With a focus on enhancing internal coordination, refining grantmaking processes, and aligning daily operations with long-term goals, Kristin helps ensure organizational effectiveness. Drawing on extensive experience in operations and process improvement, she collaborates across teams to help the Foundation run efficiently, enabling staff to focus on delivering impact. Kristin is a PMP-qualified Project Manager, and holds an MSc in Environment and Development.
