Kara K. Ingraham is Director of Planning and Strategy at Templeton World Charity Foundation, leading strategic planning, annual budgeting, and portfolio management. She also supports onboarding, oversees cross-cutting strategic projects while promoting data-driven decision-making across the Foundation. Kara brings experience in philanthropic strategy and program operations, including work on impact evaluations of health programs in Sub-Saharan Africa, and holds an MA in International Development.
