Brian M. McNeill, M.B.A., is Chair of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia’s Board of Directors and a Class C director. He served as the president and CEO of Southco from 2000 to August 2016. In 2012, Mr. McNeill led the global expansion and creation of a new parent company for Southco called TouchPoint, Inc., of which he is president and CEO.
