Tracey Farquharson is a Program Officer at Templeton World Charity Foundation. She is responsible for many day-to-day operational activities of the Foundation, including annual planning of strategic initiatives, and grant development. In addition, Tracey leads the development of local initiatives in the Bahamas which includes the re-branding and development of the Laws of Life Essay Competition.
Tracey holds a doctorate in curriculum and instruction from Nova Southeastern University and has over 20 years of experience in teaching and teacher training. Tracey formerly served as Head of School Operations at Lyford Cay International School, where she had oversight of the lower school, as well as the school’s accreditation processes with the Council of International Schools and the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme. Tracey also served as a workshop leader and school, and as site evaluator for both of these organizations, conducting school visits in South America, the United States, and Bermuda.
