Brian M. McNeill, M.B.A.

Brian M. McNeill, M.B.A., is Chair of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia’s Board of Directors and a Class C director. He served as the president and CEO of Southco from 2000 to August 2016. In 2012, Mr. McNeill led the global expansion and creation of a new parent company for Southco called TouchPoint, Inc., of which he is president and CEO. TouchPoint, a privately held, diversified engineering and manufacturing company based in Concordville, PA, has three growth platforms: Southco Access Hardware, TouchPoint Medical, and SupplyPoint Intelligent Vending. TouchPoint companies serve over 80,000 customers in nearly 100 countries worldwide.

Before joining Southco, Mr. McNeill was the executive vice president of Danaher Corporation. Prior to that, he spent 17 years as an officer at Ingersoll-Rand Company, where he held several executive positions. Since 2001, he has served on the board of advisors of the Berwind Group, including as co-chair of its board, and is currently chair of its Compensation and Finance Committee. Berwind, a private investment management firm based in Philadelphia, consists of a diversified portfolio of industrial, pharmaceutical, and consumer goods companies.

McNeill has an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Rutgers University.
